Depending on the specific features of the application you are using, our apps may request access to certain hardware features or system data. These permissions are strictly used to deliver core functionalities:

• Photo Library: Used strictly to allow you to organize, scan, view, or manage media (such as identifying duplicate photos, screenshots, or large files for deletion). Your photos and videos remain entirely on your device.
• Camera: Used strictly for real-time visual input features, such as document scanning or image-based recognition and translation.
• Microphone & Speech Recognition: Used to capture live audio for real-time voice translation and speech-to-text conversions.

You can grant, modify, or revoke any of these permissions at any time through your iOS device's native Settings > Privacy & Security menu.

3. Third-Party Services and Analytics

To support application operations, monetization, and ongoing quality improvements, our applications may utilize trusted third-party service providers. These third-party services process data according to their respective privacy policies:

• Apple StoreKit & iCloud: Handled natively by Apple to manage app purchases, subscription entitlements, and cloud synchronization.
• Google AdMob: May be used to display advertisements within free versions of our applications. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage telemetry to serve non-personalized or personalized ads in accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) guidelines.
• Google Firebase Analytics: Used to collect anonymous usage metrics, app crash reports, and performance performance logs to help us identify bugs and improve overall app reliability. No personal media files or user-generated contents are logged.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Because our applications process user content locally on your device, we do not store your personal files, photos, translations, or recordings on any off-device servers. Any file management operations (such as deleting photos or clearing app caches) are executed locally and permanently via standard iOS APIs.

5. Children's Privacy

Our applications do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided any personal information through our applications, please contact us so we can take immediate appropriate action.
